In 2023, we made a big leap and relocated to Germany for my husband’s job. It’s been one of the most rewarding decisions we’ve ever made.

Our 16-year-old son is thriving and travels across Europe with his incredible drumline, performing in cities I once only dreamed of visiting. Our 4-year-old daughter just began full immersion in a German kindergarten—and watching her pick up the language and culture so naturally has been amazing to witness.

When I’m not planning travel for clients,chances are that I’m planning for my family!

We’ve fully embraced our new home, and immersing ourselves in the local culture has become part of our daily life. From spontaneous weekend getaways to slow mornings exploring nearby villages, we’re making the most of living in the heart of Europe. With France, Austria, and Switzerland just a few hours away, and Germany’s own landscapes offering endless charm, every weekend feels like a new adventure.

These first-hand experiences—meeting locals, uncovering hidden gems, navigating with kids in tow—continue to expand my knowledge in ways no guidebook ever could. They shape the advice I give, the details I include, and the thoughtful touches I add to every itinerary I design.
